Our Neapolitan style pizza is made with the real deal Caputo flour, fermented for a minumum of 24 hours, slow proved and hand stretched before being fired in a wildly hot OONI oven. We use the best ingredients available including Italian Grana Padano, Puglia Fior di Latte, Richard Bosman cured meats and homemade ricotta.
