Events
At Gabrielskloof we strive to be open to all visitors as much as possible. With this in mind, we do not close the estate for private functions during the day (such as weddings) as a matter of course.
Farro restaurant, the tasting room and cellar are available for private hire in the evenings, when we are not open to the public.
The Small Print
Private Events at Farro
The restaurant can accommodate a formal sit down dinner for between 20 - 50 people.
Formal dinners are from R500pp.
Casual dinners (think a summer time, outdoor burger and wine night with picnic blankets kind of vibe) are from R300pp.

Large Table Bookings:
During the daytime we are able to accommodate large tables at Farro or in our bar area which can be made private if you are celebrating something special.
For tables over 20 pax we offer a set price, limited choice menu

A Note on Decor:
We’d like to help you celebrate in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Please contact us before bringing any table decorations or balloons to the property. This is a low plastic environment and balloons, glitter, confetti and other lightweight items that could blow into the vineyards or surrounding farmlands are not permitted on the estate.
A Note on Cakes:
Outside cakes are permitted by prior arrangement and subject to a ‘cakeage’ fee.
Alternatively, if you would like us to arrange a cake for you, we work in conjunction with a wonderful local baker who makes beautiful cakes to suit any occasion.
